All my cakes and cupcakes are freshly baked to order, never frozen, and contain only fresh natural ingredients, so you can be sure that if it's called raspberry it made from real raspberries, with no artificial flavourings!

Everything is baked from scratch and contains no preservatives, so remember, it's a cake and it WANTS you to eat it while its still fresh and delicious! As a guide, all cakes have a shelf life of approximately 4 days from the day you receive them, except fruit cake, which will last for several months, if stored correctly.

My fruit cakes are rich, moist and delicious, and packed full of plump juicy vine fruits, soaked in spiced Rum.

I use only quality ingredients - real Irish butter, Belgian chocolate, the finest Madagascan Vanilla extract, and fresh local fruits, and you really can taste the difference!

I fill my cakes with Italian Meringue Buttercream, a smooth, creamy and not too sweet filling, which is far superior to 'traditional' butter icing, in both taste and texture. Try it, you'll love it!
