Caramel Sponge Cake
A light moist sponge with a rich caramel flavour, filled with two generous layers of vanilla buttecream

Baileys Sponge Cake
A light moist Baileys-infused sponge, split and filled with 2 generous layers of Baileys buttercream

Chocolate Orange
Moist orange cake flavoured with the zest and juice of real oranges, filled with 2 layers of Belgian chocolate buttercream

Carrot Cake
Deliciously light and moist carrot cake, flavoured with cinammon and a hint of ginger, and filled with white chocolate buttercream infused with a hint of orange

Rich Moist Chocolate Cake
 with two generous layers of Italian Meringue Buttercream in the flavour of your choice, choose from Belgian chocolate (white or dark) or smooth creamy vanilla, or how about a layer of each!

Lemon Sponge Cake
Made with the juice and zest of real lemons, and filled with lemon curd and white chocolate Italian Meringue Buttercream for a creamy yet fresh and zingy flavour!
 
Coffee Cake
A delicious coffee-infused sponge cake, filled with your choice of Coffee or Mocha buttercream

Red Velvet
Smooth, creamy buttermilk cake with a hint of cocoa and a traditional and disctinctive red colour

Chocolate & Black Cherry cake
Moist chocolate cake, with Amarena cherries baked in, brushed with cherry syrup and filled with vanilla IMBC, for a delicious black forrest vibe!
